摘　　要：随着人工智能的迅速发展,智能对话在各行各业得到广泛应用,相对于传统人工智能对话,基于AIGC大模型构建的智能问答服务利用深度学习可以对问题回答更精准,同时基于多语言数据集可以分析用户偏好为用户提供更好的交互体验。针对涵盖多种业务领域的区域能源公司,利用AIGC强大的多模态信息处理能力,可以在能源监控、设备操作与维护、数据分析和安全管理等多场景进行应用。With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,intelligent dialogue has been widely used in all walks of life.Compared with traditional artificial intelligence dialogue,intelligent question answering service based on AIGC big model can answer questions more accurately by using deep learning,and at the same time,it can analyze user preferences based on multilingual data sets to provide users with a better interactive experience.Aiming at regional energy companies covering a variety of business fields,AIGC's powerful multimodal information processing ability can be used in many scenarios such as energy monitoring,equipment operation and maintenance,data analysis and safety management.
