摘 要:火电厂1000 MW超超临界燃煤锅炉故障诊断系统的搭建,可以保证锅炉的安全稳定运行,在线预测和诊断锅炉故障,避免机组非停现象,延长锅炉使用寿命。本文从需求分析、模型构建、软件实现三个主要方面对燃煤电厂1000 MW超超临界锅炉故障诊断系统的搭建进行阐述,展示超超临界燃煤锅炉故障诊断系统的搭建过程,为机组的安全稳定运行保驾护航。By building a fault diagnosis system based on a 1000 MW ultra supercritical coal-fired boiler in a thermal power plant,the safe and stable operation of the boiler can be ensured,online prediction and diagnosis of boiler faults can be carried out,avoiding the phenomenon of non-stop operation of the unit and extending the service life of the boiler.This article elaborates on the construction of the fault diagnosis system for a 1000 MW ultra supercritical boiler in a coal-fired power plant from three main aspects:requirements analysis,model construction,and software implementation.It demonstrates the process of building a fault diagnosis system for ultra supercritical coal-fired boilers,which ensures the safe and stable operation of the unit.
