摘  要:火力发电厂在运行过程中需使用储存大量危化品,存在较高的泄漏风险。为应对这一问题,本文对江油电厂的危化品种类及其泄漏风险因素进行了详细分析,包括设备老化、操作失误和自然灾害是主要的泄漏风险因素。提出完善应急响应机制、优化应急处置措施以及充实应急物资和设备等措施。旨在为火力发电厂危化品泄漏应急处置提供参考。Thermal power plants need to store a large number of hazardous chemicals during operation,which has a high risk of leakage.In order to deal with this problem,this paper makes a detailed analysis of hazardous chemicals and their leakage risk factors in Jiangyou Power Plant,including equipment aging,operational errors and natural disasters as the main leakage risk factors.Measures such as improving emergency response mechanism,optimizing emergency disposal measures and enriching emergency materials and equipment are put forward.The purpose is to provide reference for emergency treatment of hazardous chemicals leakage in thermal power plants.
