摘 要:氟基材料因其独特优异的性能广泛应用于各个领域,尤其是新能源、半导体以及同位素等高精尖行业。随着含氟产业的高速发展,高品质自然氟资源日渐枯竭,因此,低品位氟资源的高质高效综合利用意义重大。对氟资源情况进行说明,列举目前工业中常见的氟硅资源回收方法和再生工艺,同时对氟硅化学品的种类、应用领域和性能优势进行介绍,分析未来氟硅材料在新能源、半导体和同位素等高精尖领域的应用和发展方向,以及数字化支撑、产业链协同发展的必然趋势。Fluorinated materials are widely used in various fields because of their unique and excellent properties,especially in advanced industries such as new energy,semiconductors and isotopes.With the rapid development of the fluorine-containing industry,high-quality natural fluorine resources are gradually depleting.Therefore,the high-quality and efficient comprehensive utilization of low-grade fluorine resources is of great significance.The current situation of fluorine and silicon resources is overviewed,the common recovery methods and regeneration processes of fluorine and silicon resources in the industry are listed,and the types,application fields and performance advantages of fluorine and silicon chemicals are introduced.It also analyzes the application and development trends of fluorosilicon materials in high-tech fields such as new energy,semiconductors and isotopes,as well as the inevitable trend of digital support and the coordinated development of the industrial chain.
