摘 要:结合云南省中低品位磷矿特点以及电池材料前驱体磷酸铁生产对原料磷酸的要求,针对溶剂萃取法精制工业磷酸技术存在的产品磷酸浓度偏低、部分杂质含量偏高等问题,开展了溶剂萃取法精制工业磷酸优化技术研发。通过对预处理技术、萃取剂再生技术、后处理技术的优化,大幅度提高了工业净化磷酸产品质量,形成了100 kt/a溶剂萃取法精制工业磷酸优化技术。基于该优化技术,2022年先后建成投产3套100 kt/a湿法磷酸精制装置,均顺利实现达标达产,产品质量达到HG/T 4069—2022规格2(w(H_(3)PO_(4))85%)一等品的质量要求。Based on the characteristics of medium and low-grade phosphate rock in Yunnan province and the requirements of raw material phosphoric acid in the production of battery material iron phosphate,the optimization technology of solvent extraction method for refining industrial phosphoric acid has been developed to address the problems of low concentration and high impurity content in the product.By optimizing pretreatment technology,extractant regeneration technology and post-treatment technology,the quality of industrial refined phosphoric acid products has been significantly improved,forming a 100 kt/a refined industrial phosphoric acid optimization technology with solvent extraction method.Based on this optimization technology,three sets of 100 kt/a wet-process phosphoric acid refining units are built and put into operation in 2022,all of which successfully achieve standard production and the product quality meets the quality requirements of first-grade product of specification 2(w(H_(3)PO_(4))85%)in HG/T 4069—2022.
