摘　　要：为提高新洋丰农业科技股份有限公司工业磷酸一铵产品质量,降低其氟、硅含量,使其满足下游磷酸铁生产需求,采用磷矿合理配矿、控制磷酸工段指标、保证磷酸半成品陈化沉降效果、控制进中和工序磷酸温度、控制氨化中和度、控制工业磷酸一铵结晶放料温度、保证氨化料浆压滤得到合格清液并对料浆罐区保持高液位运行、定期清洗生产设备等措施,生产出的工业磷酸一铵w(F)为0.01%,w(Si)为0.002%,能够满足下游磷酸铁生产工艺指标要求。To improve the quality of the industrial MAP products in Xinyangfeng Agricultural Technology Co.,Ltd.,reduce the content of fluorine and silicon,meet the downstream demand for iron phosphate production,a series of measures are taken,including reasonable allocation of phosphate ore,controlling process indexes of phosphoric acid production,guaranteeing aging and settling effect of phosphoric acid semi-finished products,controlling temperature of phosphoric acid entering neutralization process,controlling neutralization degree of ammoniation,controlling crystallization discharge temperature,ensuring the pressure filtration effect of the ammoniated slurry to obtain qualified clear liquid and maintain high liquid level operation in the slurry tank area,regular cleaning of production equipment.The industrial MAP product has a w(F)of 0.01%and w(Si)of 0.002%,which can meet the requirements of the downstream iron phosphate production process.
