摘 要:黑磷被认为是最具潜力应用于储能和半导体领域的二维材料。黑磷单晶制备技术近几年得到迅速发展,在铋重结晶法、汞催化法和化学气相输送法基础上开发了SnIP三元催化法、气相运输法、模板法等。在放大技术领域,开发了黑磷放大制备的反应系统和工业化连续生产设备,还开发了用于黑磷晶体制备的旋转反应装置以及纯化系统等,距离工业化生产技术已经越来越近。Black phosphorus is considered to be the most potential two-dimensional material for energy storage and semiconductor applications.In recent years,the preparation technology of black phosphorus single crystal has been developed rapidly.On the basis of bismuth recrystallization method,mercury catalysis method and chemical vapor transport method,SnIP ternary catalysis method,vapor transport method and template method have been developed.In the field of amplification technology,the reaction system and industrial continuous production equipment for black phosphorus amplification preparation have been developed,and the rotary reaction device and purification system for the preparation of black phosphorus crystals have been developed,which is closer to the industrial production technology.
