摘　　要：2024年8月30日至9月2日在英国伦敦召开的2024年欧洲心脏病学会(ESC 2024)会议上,众多研究者发布了针对血脂异常的最新探索结果,内容涵盖血脂管理现状、最新降脂理念更新、新靶点及新型降脂药物研发及临床实践优化等方面。本文从新药物和治疗方法、脂蛋白(a)降低疗法、前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素9、英克司兰、个体化治疗等方面对ESC 2024会议的关键内容作一述评。At the 2024 European Society of Cardiology(ESC 2024)held in London,UK,from August 30 to September 2,2024,many researchers released the latest findings on dyslipidemia,including the status quo of lipid management,updates of the latest lipid-lowering concepts,new targets and the development of novel lipid-lowering drugs and clinical practice optimization.This article reviews the key aspects of new drugs and therapies,lipoprotein(a)reduction therapy,proprotein invertase subtilysin 9,inclisiran,individualized therapy,etc.
