摘  要:肠道菌群代谢产物氧化三甲胺(TMAO)主要通过微生物-哺乳动物共代谢途径产生,TMAO与冠心病、高血压、心力衰竭、心律失常等多种心血管疾病相关。目前,TMAO与心血管疾病的因果关系仍不明确,部分研究质疑TMAO在心血管疾病中的作用,鉴于此,本文对肠道菌群代谢产物TMAO与心血管疾病关系的研究进展作一述评。Trimethylamine N-oxide,a gut microbiota-derived metabolite primarily generated through microbialmammalian co-metabolic pathways,which has been implicated in various cardiovascular diseases,including coronary artery disease,hypertension,heart failure and arrhythmias.However,the causal relationship between trimethylamine N-oxide and cardiovascular pathologies remains controversial,some emerging studies questioning its mechanistic role in disease progression.In view of this,this article reviews the research progress on the relationship between gut microbiota-derived metabolite trimethylamine N-Oxide and cardiovascular diseases.
