摘　　要：文章聚焦当前国内工业遗产在保护与更新中面临的困境,深入探讨“共享”理念在推动工业遗产活化更新中的关键作用,并系统分析工业遗产社区化更新的积极意义。在此基础上,创新性地提出工业遗产社区化更新的三大共享策略;进而以洛阳风动工具厂为实证案例,详细阐述其公共空间共享社区化的更新策略。研究旨在探索工业遗产与社区共生、共享与共融的再生路径,为类似工业遗产的活化利用提供经验借鉴。Focusing on the predicament confronted by domestic industrial heritage in protection and renewal,this paper performs indepth discussion to the key role of“sharing”idea in promoting activation and renewal of industrial heritage,and systematically analyzes the active significance of community renewal of industrial heritage.On the basis of that,it creatively puts forward three sharing strategies for community renewal of industrial heritage;furthermore,taking Luoyang Pneumatic Tool Plant as an empirical case,it elaborates the method for community renewal of its public space in detail.The research is aimed at exploring the regeneration path for industrial heritage to coexist with community or sharing or being merged with it,and provide experience for the activation and utilization of similar industrial heritage.
