站城融合视角下两车站共同影响区域功能组配--以英国国王十字车站区域与意大利米兰中央车站区域为例

摘  要:在当前铁路建设向高质量发展转变的背景下,在重视推进铁路及其周边地区的站城融合的同时,应充分发掘区域内现存铁路车站的开发潜力,实现资源的整合。由于我国铁路规划的时间差异,部分地区存在新旧车站并存的现象,主要出入口间距离相近的两车站,在各自的发展圈层上产生交叠,形成受两车站共同影响的区域。文章通过对欧洲地区发展较为成熟的车站区域的研究,发现两车站共同影响区域具有更高的开发潜力,更易发展成为地区的商业商务中心或公共活动中心;并通过定性与定量的分析,为两车站共同影响区域提出功能组配建议,以期提高空间的利用效率,实现资源的合理配置,充分发挥车站区域对城市发展与更新的带动作用,为我国两车站共同影响区域的开发提供一定的参考。Under the present background of railway construction being transformed to high quality development,while attaching importance to promoting station-city integration of railway and its surrounding region,we should amply tap the development potential of existing railway station within the region,so as to realize integration of resources.Since there is time difference in the railway planning of our country,old and new stations coexist in some regions,for two stations near to each other between main entrance and exit,respective development circles might overlap,and a region that is commonly influenced by both stations is formed.Through research on the relatively mature station regions in Europe,this paper finds that the region commonly influenced by both stations has higher development potential,and it can be easily developed into regional commercial and business center or public activity center;through qualitative and quantitative analysis,proposal for function disposition is put forward for the region commonly influenced by both stations,so as to improve the utilization efficiency of space,realize reasonable configuration of resources and let station region amply play a leading role in urban development and renewal,and provide certain reference for the development of region commonly influenced by both stations in our country.
