摘 要:文章聚焦双碳背景下历史建筑修缮项目的绿色低碳技术应用,通过政策解读和现状调研,详细调研历史建筑修缮项目绿色低碳技术应用现状,对历史建筑外墙、屋面、外窗、外遮阳、机电设备、可再生能源利用等方面的现状和修缮做法进行系统的梳理和总结,并通过案例模拟分析,探讨各项绿色低碳技术应用的节能效果。研究表明,历史建筑修缮工程具备应用绿色低碳措施的条件与潜力,可有效降低能耗与碳排放。随着双碳理念的日益深入人心,提升绿色低碳技术在历史建筑修缮项目中的应用层级尤为重要,将为城乡建设领域的低碳发展作出更大贡献。This paper focuses on the application of green and low-carbon technology of historical building renovation project under double carbon background,through policy interpretation and present situation investigation,it researches the present situation of green and low-carbon technology application for historical building renovation project in detail,it performs systematic combing and summarizing to the present situation and renovation practice for historical building,including exterior wall,roofing,outer window,external shading,electromechanical equipment and renewable energy source application,etc.,and through case simulation and analysis,it explores the energy-saving effect of each green and low-carbon technology application.It is shown by research that historical building renovation engineering is available for application of green and low-carbon measures,which can effectively reduce energy consumption and carbon emission.With the increasing popularizing of double carbon idea,improving the application level of green and low-carbon technology in historical building renovation project is especially important,and it will make greater contribution for the low-carbon development in urban and rural construction.
