平衡孔板节流元件在流量测量的应用分析

摘　　要：在液化天然气(LNG)接收站中,安装了很多流量计,如差压流量计一般用来测量LNG流量;电磁流量计用于测量工厂用水流量;超声波流量计一般用来测量常温天然气,特别是用于计量外输测量;质量流量计一般用来槽车装车用。通过分析差压流量元件在液化天然气流量测量的应用,对比标准孔板和平衡孔板两种差压节流元件,并介绍平衡孔板在流量测量的应用。There are many flow meter are installed in liquefied natural gas(LNG)terminal.Normally,differential pressure(DP)flowmeter is used to measure LNG flow,magic flow meter is applied to measure the plant water flow,ultrasonic flowmeter is used to measure nature gas,like metering station.Mass flowmeter is used to measured LNG in truk loading station etc.Main discussion in this essay is to analysis the DP flowmeter application in LNG terminal,and compete feature of standard orifice and balance.
