摘  要:随着氢能产业的迅速发展,低温氢气瓶作为储存和运输氢气的重要设备,其安全性和密封性变得尤为关键。低温氢用瓶阀作为瓶体与外界连接的关键部件,直接影响瓶内氢气的安全储存和释放。本文提出并开发了一种低温氢用瓶阀的测试装置,旨在评估瓶阀在低温环境下的密封性能、耐压能力以及泄漏特性;通过该装置,可以模拟低温氢气瓶阀在实际使用中的工作状态,进行系统性测试,确保瓶阀符合高安全性和高可靠性的标准;详细介绍了测试装置的设计原理、关键技术以及实验方法,并通过实验验证了该装置的有效性和可靠性。With the rapid development of the hydrogen energy industry,the safety and sealing of cryogenic hydrogen cylinders,as important equipment for storing and transporting hydrogen,have become particularly critical.Cryogenic hydrogen cylinder valves are key components that connect the cylinder body to the outside world,which directly affects the safe storage and release of hydrogen in the cylinder.This paper proposes and develops a test device for cryogenic hydrogen cylinder valves,which aims to evaluate the sealing performance,pressure resistance and leakage characteristics of the cylinder valves in low temperature environments.Through this device,the working state of the cryogenic hydrogen cylinder valve in actual use can be simulated,and systematic tests can be carried out to ensure that the cylinder valve meets the standards of high safety and high reliability.This paper introduces in detail the design principles,key technologies and experimental methods of the test device,and verifies the effectiveness and reliability of the device through experiments.
