摘　　要：为解决水泥熟料取样频次低、取样代表性差等问题,利用西门子S7-1500PLC、HMI、TIA Port开发平台等软硬件,设计并开发了皮带中部取样控制系统,使得皮带中部取样器具备单机、联机多种方式运行,实现了对输送皮带上的熟料自动取样、破碎、定量、弃料、留样、清洁、样品信息管理等功能,支持Sm@rt Client远程访问,完全满足取样、制样、留样等要求。研究成果推动了物料取样自动化的发展,极大地提升了工厂智能化建设水平。In order to solve the problems of low sampling frequency and poor representativeness of cement clinker,this article uses Siemens S7-1500 PLC,HMI,TIA Port development platform and other software and hardware to design and develop a belt middle sampling control system.The belt middle sampler has multiple modes of operation,including single machine and online,to achieve automatic sampling,crushing,quantification,waste,retention,cleaning,and sample information management of clinker on the conveyor belt.It supports Sm@rt Client remote access fully meets the requirements of sampling,preparation,and retention.The research results of this article have promoted the development of material sampling automation and greatly improved the level of factory intelligent construction.
