摘 要:为研究生物油作为路用再生剂对沥青路面回收料(Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement,RAP)中老化沥青的性能恢复效能,即生物油单位掺量下,老化沥青性能恢复的数量。选取玉米油、大豆油、纤维热解油三种生物油对老化沥青进行再生性能恢复试验,并通过分析固定掺量生物油对旧沥青路用性能的恢复程度,探究三种生物油对旧沥青的路用性能恢复效能。高温PG(PGH)和低温PG(PGL)分别用来表征沥青的高温抗永久变形和低温抗裂性能。结果表明,两种植物油比纤维热解油黏度更低,在改善低温性能和对高温性能的降低效能方面表现更好,与此同时纤维热解油具有一定程度的加速再生沥青老化硬化的负面效果。To investigate the performance recovery efficiency of bio oil as a road regeneration agent on aged asphalt in reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP),that is,the amount of performance recovery of aged asphalt per unit dosage of bio oil,three types of bio-oils(i.e.corn,soybean and fiber pyrolysis oils)were selected to recover the rheological properties of the aged asphalt binders,among which rheological experiments were carried out.The effectiveness of three bio-oils was evaluated by comparing the recovered rheological performance at the fixed oil content.The index of high-and low-temperature performance grade(PG H and PG l)were employed to characterize anti-permanent deformation and anti-cracking properties in the high and low temperatures,respectively.The results show that corn and soybean oils exhibited lower viscosity than fiber pyrolysis oil,meanwhile these two oils show some advantages in improving low-temperature performance and over decreasing high-temperature performance.The fiber pyrolysis oil was found to have the certain level of effect of accelerating aging in asphalt binders.
