摘 要:针对水泥稳定碎石半刚性基层材料易开裂进而诱发路面开裂的通病,本文在普通水泥稳定碎石材料中加入废旧胶粉和纤维材料,进行力学性能和干缩性能试验。结果表明,单纯掺加废旧胶粉明显降低了水泥稳定碎石材料的承载能力和抗弯拉性能,同龄期性能下降10%~30%。纤维的掺加不仅能够抵消废旧胶粉的负面影响,与对照组水泥稳定碎石相比,力学性能提升了10%作用;废旧胶粉可以显著提升水泥稳定碎石的抗干缩性能,但纤维的掺加对干缩性能的提升不明显。因此,同时掺加纤维和废旧胶粉可以实现提升水泥稳定碎石材料力学和干缩性能的目标。In response to the common problem of cracking in cement-stabilized crushed stone(CSB)base materials,which leads to surface cracking in pavements,this study conducts mechanical and shrinkage tests on ordinary cement stabilized crushed stone materials by adding waste rubber powder and fiber materials.Test results showed that the addition of waste rubber powder alone significantly reduced the load-bearing capacity and flexural strength of the cement-stabilized crushed stone,with a performance decline of approximately 10%~30%at the same curing age.The incorporation of fibers not only offset the negative effects of waste rubber powder but also resulted in a 10%improvement in mechanical performance compared to the control group.Waste rubber powder significantly improved the shrinkage resistance of the CSB,while the addition of fibers had little effect on improving shrinkage performance.Therefore,the simultaneous addition of both fibers and waste rubber powder can effectively enhance both the mechanical and shrinkage performance of cement-stabilized crushed stone materials.
