摘 要:再生沥青混合料(Reclaimed Hot Mixture Asphalt,RHMA)是消纳废旧沥青铣刨料(Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement,RAP)的常用手段之一。然而,由于RAP的加入会导致沥青路面高温抗车辙性能提高、低温抗裂性能下降。平衡设计法是近年来一种新颖的设计法,在设计阶段通过调整沥青用量来实现沥青路面的高低温性能平衡。本研究依托G30(新疆境内星星峡—哈密段)改扩建工程,以Superpave第二类平衡设计法的思路为基础,进行符合我国道路规范的再生沥青路面平衡设计。研究中使用三种不同来源的RAP,首先,通过马歇尔设计法确定最佳级配曲线、油石比(4.0%)和体积指标;之后,通过高温车辙试验和小梁弯曲试验对不同油石比(4.0%、4.1%、4.2%、4.3%)下的再生沥青混合料进行试验。结果表明:随着沥青用量的增加,RHAM的高温抗车辙性能逐渐下降,低温抗裂性能逐渐上升。最终考虑工程中的实际应用,以油石比4.2%为最佳沥青用量,通过牺牲一部分高温抗车辙性能来提高低温抗裂性能。Reclaimed hot-mix asphalt(RHMA)is one of the common methods for utilizing reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP).However,the addition of RAP can improve the high-temperature rutting resistance of asphalt pavement but reduce its low-temperature crack resistance.The balanced design method,a novel approach in recent years,adjusts the asphalt content during the design phase to achieve a balance between the high-and low-temperature performance of asphalt pavement.This study,based on the reconstruction and expansion project of G30(Xinxingxia-Hami section in Xinjiang),adopts the concept of the Superpave ClassⅡbalanced design method to conduct balanced design of recycled asphalt pavement in accordance with Chinese road specifications.The study used three different sources of RAP.First,the Marshall design method was used to determine the optimal gradation curve,asphalt-to-aggregate ratio(4.0%),and volumetric indicators.Subsequently,high-temperature rutting tests and small-beam flexure tests were conducted on recycled asphalt mixtures with different asphalt-to-aggregate ratios(4.0%,4.1%,4.2%,and 4.3%).The results show that as the asphalt content increases,the high-temperature rutting resistance of the recycled asphalt mixture gradually decreases,while the low-temperature crack resistance gradually increases.Considering the practical application in engineering,an asphalt-to-aggregate ratio of 4.2%was determined as the optimal asphalt content,sacrificing some high-temperature rutting resistance to improve low-temperature crack resistance.
