摘 要:在农村公路建设与养护中充分利用路面废旧材料,对推动农村公路建设事业向绿色、低碳、可持续方向转型具有重要意义。通过建立路面废旧料收储和利用平台,采用厂拌热再生沥青混凝土工艺将旧沥青混凝土应用于长寿命路面中下面层,利用地质聚合物凝胶与废旧水泥类骨料或普通土壤制作基层或底基层,基于硅铝酸盐矿物聚合反应原理开展作业。废旧沥青混凝土用于长寿命路面中下面层可使设计使用寿命大幅延长、性能显著提升且资源消耗与成本降低,地质聚合物凝胶在基层应用中能保证强度与稳定性并减少矿石开采等。路面废旧材料在农村公路建设与养护中应用具有可行性,为农村公路建设提供材料利用新思路。Fully utilizing road waste materials in rural road construction and maintenance is of great significance for promoting the transformation of rural road construction towards green,low-carbon,and sustainable direction.By establishing a platform for the collection,storage and utilization of waste and old pavement materials,the unit applies the plant mixed hot recycled asphalt concrete process to the middle and lower layers of long-life pavement,uses geopolymer gel and waste cement aggregates or ordinary soil to make base or subbase,and carries out operations based on the principle of aluminosilicate mineral polymerization reaction.The use of waste asphalt concrete in the middle and lower layers of long-life pavement can significantly extend the design service life,significantly improve the performance,and reduce resource consumption and cost.The application of geopolymer gel in the base course can ensure strength and stability and reduce ore mining.The application of road waste materials in rural road construction and maintenance is feasible,providing new ideas for material utilization in rural road construction.
