摘 要:为了在高速公路沥青路面养护中推广就地热再生技术,依托江西省高速公路养护工程,以沥青混合料配合比设计和施工温度为质量控制要点对就地热再生技术展开了研究。首先,基于马歇尔设计理论和原材料技术性质,进行了配合比设计,确定了沥青混合料级配、新沥青、再生剂和新集料的添加数量。继而,通过车辙、浸水马歇尔、冻融劈裂和低温弯曲试验,从高温抗车辙、抗水损害和低温抗裂性能验证了沥青混合料组成设计的可靠性。最后,基于工程应用和路面施工质量检测,论证了施工过程中的温度控制要点。研究结果表明,合理的材料组成设计和施工温度控制是就地热再生工程质量的有力保障。In order to promote the application of hot in-place recycling technology in expressway asphalt pavement maintenance,a study was conducted based on the expressway maintenance projects in Jiangxi province,in terms of the quality control points of asphalt mixture ratio design and construction temperature.Firstly,based on the Marshall design theory and the technical properties of raw materials,the mixture ratio was designed,among which the gradation of asphalt mixture and the number of new asphalt binders,regenerators,and new aggregates were determined.Subsequently,based on rutting,immersion Marshall,freeze-thaw splitting and low-temperature bending tests,the high-temperature rutting resistance,water damage resistance,and low-temperature crack resistance of the asphalt mixtures at the designed material composition were verified.Finally,based on engineering applications and pavement construction quality inspection,the key points of temperature control during construction were demonstrated.The research results show that a reasonable material composition design and construction temperature control are strong assurances for the quality of hot in-place recycling projects.
