摘  要:实现低碳交通是碳达峰、碳中和的主要目标之一,交通运输绿色低碳转型是一项复杂的系统工程,本文围绕湖南省娄底市双峰县交通低碳发展现状及问题开展研究,系统分析了双峰县交通运输碳排放现状,并结合自身交通运输发展趋势,进一步从运输装备低碳转型、绿色高效交通体系建设、绿色交通基础设施建设以及智慧交通全面发展等方面为“双碳”目标下交通绿色低碳循环发展提供参考,将生态环保理念贯穿交通基础设施建设和运营管理全过程,从而更好地推进现代化综合交通运输体系建设,高质量建成人民满意交通。The realization of low-carbon transportation is one of the main goals of“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”.Green low-carbon transformation of transportation is a complex systematic project.This paper studies the current situation and problems of low-carbon transportation development in Shuangfeng County,Loudi City,Hunan Province,and systematically analyzes the current situation of carbon emissions of transportation in Shuangfeng County.Combined with the development trend of its own transportation,it further provides reference for the green,low-carbon and circular development of transportation under the“dual carbon”goal from the aspects of low-carbon transformation of transportation equipment,construction of green and efficient transportation system,construction of green transportation infrastructure and comprehensive development of intelligent transportation,and runs the concept of ecological environmental protection through the whole process of transportation infrastructure construction and operation management in order to better promote the construction of modern comprehensive transportation system,and high-quality built satisfactory transportation for the people.
