摘 要:本文针对某重型柴油商用车节能减排的需求,从理论,仿真与实测几方面进行了预见性巡航电控技术解决方案的研究。首先基于理论分析,阐述了预见性巡航功能节油的理念,控制策略以及系统组成,并同时提出了该功能的性能评价指标。接着进行仿真分析,对比常规巡航与预见性巡航在燃油经济性与时效性两方面的差异。最后通过道路实测,对比分析常规巡航与预见性巡航在发动机转速、车速、发动机负荷等方面的差异。研究表明:预见性巡航系统可以在不影响时效性的前提下,有效改善整车的燃油经济性,并减轻驾驶员的劳动强度。Aiming at the demand of energy saving and emission reduction of a heavy-duty diesel commercial vehicle,the predictive cruise control technology solution was studied from the aspects of theory,simulation and measurement.Firstly,based on theoretical analysis,the fuel saving mechanism,control strategy and system composition of predictive cruise function is expounded.And at the same time,performance evaluation index are proposed.Then simulation analysis is carried out to compare the fuel economy and timeliness of conventional cruise and predictive cruise.Finally,the differences between conventional cruise and predictive cruise in engine speed,vehicle speed,engine load and other aspects are compared and analyzed through real road measurement.The research shows that the predictive cruise system can effectively improve the fuel economy of the vehicle and reduce the labor intensity of the driver without affecting the timeliness.
