摘  要:本文着重研究沥青路面UTM超薄罩面养护技术,针对传统养护技术成本高、效果差的问题,提出了一种新型的UTM超薄罩面养护方案。UTM技术通过采用特殊改性乳化沥青和优化的材料配比,形成厚度仅为8±1.2 mm的防护层,显著提升了路面的抗滑性、耐磨性和防水性,延长路面使用寿命3~5年。其技术特点包括超薄设计、施工便捷和性能优良,材料用量减少40%~60%,施工工期缩短50%左右。通过配合比设计优化和施工工艺改进,UTM技术在河南某高速公路的应用后,高速公路路面平整度、抗滑值和防水性能显著提升,全周期成本降低44.6%。该技术具有显著的经济、技术优势,为沥青路面养护提供了高效、经济的新选择。This paper focuses on the UTM ultra-thin overlay maintenance technology of asphalt pavement,and puts forward a new UTM ultra-thin overlay maintenance scheme aiming at the problems of high cost and poor effect of traditional maintenance technology.UTM technology uses special modified emulsified asphalt and optimized material ratio to form a protective layer with a thickness of only 8±1.2 mm,which significantly improves the skid resistance,wear resistance and water resistance of the pavement and extends the service life of the pavement for 3~5 years.Its technical features include ultra-thin design,convenient construction and excellent performance.The material consumption is reduced by 40%~60%,and the construction period is shortened by about 50%.Through mix design optimization and construction process improvement,the application of UTM technology in an expressway in Henan Province shows that the pavement smoothness,skid resistance and waterproof performance are significantly improved,and the full cycle cost is reduced by 44.6%.This technology has significant economic and technical advantages,and provides an efficient and economic new choice for asphalt pavement maintenance.
