山区高速公路沥青路面预防性养护技术应用研究

摘　　要：本文研究了山区高速公路沥青路面的预防性养护技术应用,针对山区复杂自然条件和沥青路面易发病害的特点,分析了裂缝、车辙、坑槽、松散与泛油等常见病害类型及其成因。通过裂缝填封、表面封层、薄层罩面、微表处等预防性养护技术,结合量化方法选择合适的养护方案,有效延长了路面使用寿命并降低了养护成本。应用结果表明,高速公路应用预防性养护技术后,路面平整度、抗滑性能显著提升,交通拥堵减少,事故率降低,同时减少了材料开采和废弃物产生,具有显著的经济、社会和环境效益。This paper studies the application of preventive maintenance technology for asphalt pavement in mountainous areas.According to the complex natural conditions in mountainous areas and the characteristics of asphalt pavement diseases,the types and causes of common diseases such as cracks,ruts,pits,looseness and oil flooding are analyzed.By using the preventive maintenance techniques such as crack filling,surface sealing,thin layer covering and micro-surface,and combining with quantitative method,suitable maintenance scheme is selected,the service life of pavement is extended effectively and the maintenance cost is reduced.The application results show that after the application of preventive maintenance technology,the pavement smoothness and anti-skid performance are significantly improved,the traffic congestion is reduced,the accident rate is reduced,and the material mining and waste production are reduced,which has significant economic,social and environmental benefits.
