摘 要:本文针对传统修复方法施工周期长、材料收缩率高、渗透性差等问题,通过压力注浆实现裂缝内部的三维填充,提升结构整体性与承载能力,从灌浆法的基本原理、材料选择、施工流程和应用效果四个方面对材料配比进行选择,实现了裂缝的精准修复。施工流程包括灌注桩后压浆、预应力孔道灌浆、桥面铺装层灌浆修补和结构加固灌浆。应用效果表明,该技术在提升结构稳定性、延长桥梁使用寿命方面表现显著。经济效益评估显示,灌浆法施工周期短、造价低,全寿命周期成本低。Aiming at the problems such as long construction period,high material shrinkage rate and poor permeability of traditional repair methods,this paper realizes three-dimensional filling inside cracks through pressure grouting to improve the integrity and bearing capacity of the structure,and selects the material ratio from four aspects of the basic principle of grouting method,material selection,construction process and application effect,so as to achieve accurate repair of cracks.The construction process includes grouting after grouting of cast-in pile,grouting of prestressed tunnel,grouting repair of bridge deck pavement layer and grouting of structural reinforcement.The application results show that the technology has significant performance in improving the stability of the structure and prolonging the service life of the bridge.The economic benefit evaluation shows that grouting method has short construction period,low cost and low life cycle cost.
