摘 要:针对新型防腐防污涂料—氟硅改性涂料的特殊性能和配套涂层系统,依托武汉市城市桥梁工程,开展防腐防污常用涂层与新型涂层的应用情况对比分析。着重研究具备强耐候、重防腐、长效防积污、自清洁等综合表面防护功能的氟硅改性涂料的使用性能,有效解决基材表面防护面临的严酷环境服役性能和多样性污秽积污严重等难题。Based on Wuhan City Bridge Project,a comparative analysis of the application of common anti-fouling coatings and new coatings was carried out in view of the special properties and supporting coating system of the new anti-fouling coatings.The application properties of fluoro-silicon modified coatings with comprehensive surface protection functions such as strong weather resistance,heavy anticorrosion,long-term anti-fouling and self-cleaning were studied,in order to effectively solve the problems faced by the harsh environmental service performance and serious diversity of pollution accumulation of substrate surface protection.
