摘　　要：为深入探究山区公路隧道施工事故影响因素,本文在“4M1E”理论的基础上提炼出影响山区隧道施工事故的6大类29个潜变量,并对观测变量间的影响关系进行假设,建立了测量模型和结构模型。基于变量体系编制测量问卷,调查了493名隧道施工从业人员,利用问卷数据对模型进行验证分析,以路径系数为主,深入分析变量间的影响机理及其相互作用关系。结果表明:地质条件对施工技术管理的影响、人的因素对勘察与设计的影响、施工安全管理对物的因素的影响最大,隧道设计与施工时应特别注意切断其中的联系,选择更加合适的地质条件,培养优秀的设计及施工人才,完善施工安全管理相关制度。In order to further explore the influencing factors of highway tunnel construction accidents in mountainous areas,based on the“4M1E”theory,29 latent variables of 6 categories affecting tunnel construction accidents in mountainous areas are extracted,and the influence relationship between the observed variables is assumed,and the measurement model and structural model are established.Based on the variable system,a questionnaire was compiled to investigate 493 tunnel construction employees,and the model was verified and analyzed by questionnaire data.Based on the path coefficient,the influence mechanism and interaction between variables are deeply analyzed.The results show that the influence of geological conditions on construction technology management,the influence of human factors on investigation and design,and the influence of construction safety management on material factors are the greatest.Special attention should be paid to cutting off the connection between tunnel design and construction,so as to select more suitable geological conditions,cultivate excellent design and construction talents,and improve the relevant system of construction safety management.
