摘 要:本文基于Flac^(3D)数值模拟,探究早高强喷射混凝土对Ⅴ级粉砂岩隧道的围岩变形以及支护应力及变形的控制效果。研究表明:(1)在隧道开挖中施加早高强喷射混凝土支护可以有效控制开挖支护变形,其中对支护沉降的控制最为明显。隧道开挖后支护沉降最严重的位置为两侧拱肩处,隆起最严重的位置为底部仰拱处,拱腰接近拱脚处发生的竖向变形很小。(2)施加早高强喷射混凝土支护可以使围岩变形更早趋于稳定,同时有效减少围岩的最终变形量。(3)在普通喷射混凝土支护条件下,采用三台阶法施工时,洞周塑性区较发育,而采用早高强喷射混凝土支护后,洞周塑性区情况相对改善。相较于普通喷射混凝土,早高强喷射混凝土支护可以承受更大的应力。This paper is based on Flac^(3D) numerical simulation to construct numerical models for excavation and support ofⅤ-grade sandstone tunnels under different types of shotcrete support.The aim is to explore the control effect of early high-strength shotcrete on the deformation of the surrounding rock and support stress and deformation ofⅤ-grade sandstone tunnels.The results show that(1)applying early high-strength shotcrete support during tunnel excavation can effectively control excavation support deformation,with the most significant control on support settlement.The most severe settlement of the support after tunnel excavation is at the arch shoulders on both sides,and the most severe uplift is at the bottom arch.The vertical deformation near the arch foot of the arch waist is very small.(2)Applying early high-strength shotcrete support can make the deformation of the surrounding rock tend to stabilize earlier,while effectively reducing the final deformation of the surrounding rock.(3)Under the condition of ordinary shotcrete support,the plastic zone around the tunnel is more developed when using the three-step method for construction,but after using early high-strength shotcrete support,the plastic zone around the tunnel is relatively improved.Compared to ordinary shotcrete,early high-strength shotcrete support can withstand greater stress.
