摘　　要：随着高地应力、软岩大变形隧道的增多,为保证施工人员安全以及提高施工效率,隧道施工逐渐向机械化、智能化方向发展,其中支护结构中锚杆施工机械化程度低,人工施工效率跟质量难以保证。因此,本文研究了锚杆“钻、送、锚、注”一体的大型台车在大变形隧道现场支护施工中的施工效果。现场施工应用表明,该锚注台车可以代替人工完成锚杆的“钻、送、锚、注”整个施工过程,且效率可比人工提高65%,其优势尤其体现在快速施加预应力,提高施工质量,减少材料浪费等方面。该锚注台车在现场隧道预应力锚杆施工中的应用,为软岩大变形隧道预应力锚杆支护机械化施工提供了设备与经验基础。With the increasing number of tunnels with high ground stress and large deformation in soft rock,in order to ensure the safety of construction personnel and improve construction efficiency,tunnel construction is gradually developing towards mechanization and intelligence.Among them,the mechanization level of anchor rod construction in support structures is low,and the efficiency and quality of manual construction are difficult to guarantee.Therefore,this article studies the construction effect of a large trolley that integrates drilling,delivery,anchoring,and injection of anchor rods in the on-site support construction of large deformation tunnels.On site construction applications have shown that the anchor grouting trolley can replace manual labor to complete the entire construction process of"drilling,delivering,anchoring,and grouting"of anchor rods,and its efficiency can be improved by 65%compared to manual labor.Its advantages are particularly reflected in the rapid application of prestress,improving construction quality,and reducing material waste.The application of this anchoring trolley in the on-site construction of prestressed anchor rods in tunnels provides equipment and experience basis for the mechanized construction of prestressed anchor rod support in soft rock large deformation tunnels.
