摘 要:目的检测分析陕西省某精铸制造有限公司职业病危害因素,为该企业职业病防护与劳动者健康提供建议。方法根据国家相关标准规定与要求,于2022年11—12月对陕西省某精铸制造有限公司应用现场调查与专业检测方法,检测分析职业病危害因素。结果陕西省某精铸制造有限公司职业病危害因素主要有矽尘、噪声和高温。在工作环境中,空气中的游离二氧化硅浓度为95.3%,导致精铸件生产线上的沾浆工、振壳工、磨浇口工和自动磨浇口工的粉尘暴露程度超过其职业接触上限。除振壳工外,其他工人暴露噪声40 h等效声级为65.4~84.3 dB(A),热处理工接触的湿球黑球温度指数(wet bulb globe temperature,WBGT)为24.6℃,检测结果均符合职业接触限值。结论该公司粉尘、噪声及温度均超标,需采取有效预防措施予以治理。Objective To detect and analyze the occupational hazard factors in a precision casting manufacturing Co.,LTD of Shaanxi Province,provide suggestions on occupational disease prevention and worker health for the company.Methods In accordance with relevant national standards and requirements,the field investigation and professional testing methods were applied to detect and analyze occupational hazard factors in a precision casting manufacturing Co.,LTD of Shaanxi Province from November to December 2022.Results The occupational hazards of a precision casting manufacturing co.,LTD in Shaanxi Province mainly included silica dust,noise and high temperature.In the working environment,the concentration of free silica in the air was 95.3%,which led to the dust exposure of paste workers,shell workers,gate workers and automatic gate workers on the precision casting production line exceeding the occupational exposure limit.Except for shell workers,other workers were exposed to 40 h equivalent sound level of 65.4-84.3 dB(A),and the wet bulb globe temperature(WBGT)index of heat treatment workers was 24.6℃.The detection results were in line with the occupational exposure limits.Conclusion The dust,noise and high temperature of the company are all above the standard,and effective preventive measures should be taken to control them.
