摘  要:许多航天制造企业的舱体装配过程还停留在参照纸质工艺文件装配、装配模式落后、质量数据人工记录、智能化程度低等状态。本文设计了一套由基于边缘计算的产线工位管控系统软件、工位端异构设备及面向各工位的一站式装配平台组成的数字化装配工位支持系统,运用软硬件结合技术取代人工录入,实现可视化装配指导、装配质量数据采集等功能,解决航天器舱体装配过程中效率低下、质量数据无法自动化采集、工具管理散乱、装备数字化程度低等问题,取得生产线工位装配过程全面数字化应用效果。The cabin assembly processes of many aerospace manufacturing enterprises still remain in a state of assembling with reference to paper-based process documents,featuring backward assembly models,manual recording of quality data and low intelligence levels.This paper designs a digital assembly station support system,which is composed of a production line station management and control system software based on edge computing,heterogeneous devices at the workstation end,and a one-stop assembly platform for each workstation.By applying the technology of combining software and hardware to replace manual entry,functions such as visual assembly guidance and assembly quality data collection are achieved,solving problems such as low efficiency in the spacecraft cabin assembly process,inability to automatically collect quality data,chaotic tool management,and low digitalization of equipment.As a result,the comprehensive digital application effect in the workstation assembly process of the production line is obtained.
