知识管理视角下的《档案著录规则》新旧版本对比研究

摘　　要：2022年4月7日国家档案局正式发布了新版《档案著录规则》,为新时代档案著录工作提供了有力的指导。运用文献研究法和比较研究法,对比1999年版和2022年版著录规则,并与知识管理视角相结合,发现新版规则更加注重有机整体性和著录全程性,在结构、内容、概念角度更符合现代文档管理流程,优化了著录要素,并推动了档案知识管理进程。《档案著录规则》的修订符合来源原则的要求,有助于档案知识积累和创造,推动档案知识服务发展并反哺档案工作。On April 7,2022,the National Archives Administration officially issued a new version of Rules for Archival Description,which provides powerful guidance for archival description work in the new era.By using literature research method and comparative research method,comparing the description rules of the 1999 version and the 2022 version,and combining them with the perspective of knowledge management,it is concluded that the new version pays more attention to the organic integrity and the whole description process,and is more in line with the modern document management process in terms of structure,content and concept than the old version,and optimizes the description elements.It also promotes the conclusion of the process of archival knowledge management.The revision conforms to the requirement of the provenance principle of the times,contributes to the accumulation and creation of archival knowledge,promotes the development of archival knowledge service and feeds back the archival work.
