摘　　要：民生档案数据资源的共建共享,对于加速推动“一网通办”政务服务、促进数字政府建设具有重要的实践意义。文章通过专家访谈、实地考察等方法,对苏州市民生档案数据交互服务平台建设情况进行了较为深入的调研,从平台架构、技术保障和数据资源三方面对该平台运行现状进行梳理,借助信息生态理论和信息生命周期理论对其现存问题展开分析,并在此基础上为平台持续建设和改善提出可行建议,以期在科学规范的民生档案数据治理制度体系下构建集约化、精细化的平台支撑体系和开放共享的民生档案数据资源体系,为我国档案数据治理理论与实践的优化提供参考。The co-construction and sharing of livelihood archival data resources is of great practical significance for accelerating the promotion of"accessed via One Website"government services and strengthening the construction of digital government.This paper conducted a full investigation on the construction of Suzhou Livelihood Archival Data Interactive Service Platform through interviews with experts,combed the operating status of the platform from three aspects:platform architecture,technical support and data resources,and analyzed its existing problems with the help of information ecology theory and information life cycle theory.On this basis,feasible suggestions are put forward for the continuous construction and improvement of the platform according to the analysis conclusions,in order to build an intensive and refined platform support system and an open and shared livelihood archival data resource system under the scientific and standardized livelihood archival data governance system.
