摘　　要：我国少数民族档案资源广泛分散、开发主体多元化,既为少数民族档案资源开发带来了挑战,也为相关利益主体参与共建提供了契机。通过调研总结当前档案众包开发模式共性,对少数民族档案资源众包开发模式进行可行性分析,并提出从主体层、管理层、资源层、平台层四个层面构建少数民族档案众包开发模式,以期充分发挥社会公众对少数民族档案资源建设的推进作用,提高少数民族档案资源开发质量,推动新时代档案事业高质量发展。The extensive and scattered distribution of the archival resources of ethnic minorities in China and the diversification of the development entities have not only brought challenges to the development of the resources,but also provided opportunities for interested parties to participate in the construction.Through investigating and summarizing the commonalities of the current development model of crowdsourcing in archives,this paper analyzes the feasibility of the development model of crowdsourcing in ethnic minorities"archival resources,and proposes to build a development model of crowdsourcing in ethnic minorities'archives from four aspects,including the subject level,management level,resource level and platform level,in order to fully play the role of promoting the construction of ethnic minorities"archival resources by the public,improve the quality of ethnic minorities'archival resources development,and promote the highquality development of archival undertaking in the new era.
