摘 要:当前我国医疗体系中资源分配不均、基层医疗服务短板凸显,在此背景下,城市医疗集团建设成为医疗改革的重要发力点。本文分析了城市医疗集团的发展状况和存在问题,提出通过革新内部管理架构、完善激励约束机制、加快信息共享平台建设、强化政策扶持等措施,助力城市医疗集团突破发展瓶颈,推动医疗服务体系迈向更高水平。In the current medical system in China,there is uneven distribution of resources and shortcomings in primary medical services.In this context,the construction of urban medical groups has become an important focus of medical reform.This article analyzes the development status and existing problems of urban medical groups,and proposes measures such as innovating internal management structure,improving incentive and constraint mechanisms,accelerating the construction of information sharing platform,and strengthening policy support to help urban medical groups break through development bottlenecks and promote the medical service system to a higher level.
