摘  要:目的本研究以南海经济开发区人民医院为例,旨在探讨“两院一体”医养结合模式在资源整合、人才短缺、服务质量、资金支持及信息化建设等方面的实施策略,分析其成功经验与改进空间。方法通过实地调研、数据分析及文献综述,研究南海经济开发区人民医院托管公办敬老院的“两院一体”模式,重点分析其在资源整合、人才培养、信息化建设等方面的具体做法与成效。结果南海经济开发区人民医院通过垂直管理、资源整合及信息化建设,显著提升了敬老院的服务质量。结论南海经济开发区人民医院托管敬老院的模式实现了医养结合从被动应对外部压力到主动激发内在成长动力的转变,不仅为乡镇层次推进医养结合服务发展提供了借鉴,也为破解医院的发展困境提供了一种新思路。Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the implementation strategies of the“two-in-one”medical and care integration model in People’s Hospital of Nanhai Economic Development Zone,focusing on resource integration,talent shortage,service quality,funding support,and information construction.Methods Through field research,data analysis,and literature review,the study investigates the“two-in-one”model of the hospital managing a government-run nursing home,and analyzes its specific practices and effects in resource integration,talent development,and information construction.Results Through vertical management,resource integration,and information construction,the hospital significantly improved the service quality of the nursing home.Conclusion The model of the hospital managing a nursing home has achieved a transformation from passive response to external pressure to active stimulation of internal growth,providing a reference for the promotion of medical and care integration services at the village level and offering a new solution to solve the development dilemma of hospitals.
