摘 要:近年来,人工智能(Artificial intelligence,AI)作为引领新一轮科技革命和产业变革的重要驱动力,一直被国家顶层战略设计所重视。在人工智能技术的支持下,生物医药行业经历了快速的发展,药物研发、疾病诊断、生物信息学和个性化医疗等生物医药行业关键领域迎来了前所未有的变革。本文通过梳理近期AI与生物医药领域的跨学科研究内容,总结了AI在上述生物医药行业关键领域的研究进展及作用,展示了AI在生物医药行业发展的显著成果。同时,对AI技术在生物医药领域面临的包括数据隐私保护、算法可解释性和技术伦理等亟待解决的问题进行了分析探究,展望了AI进一步推动生物医药领域创新与发展的新机遇,为本领域的应用研究提供新思路。In recent years,Artificial Intelligence(AI)has been recognized as a key driving force behind the new wave of technological revolution and industrial transformation,gaining significant attention in national top-level strategic planning.Supported by AI technologies,the biopharmaceutical industry has experienced rapidly development,with unprecedented transformations in key areas such as drug discovery,disease diagnosis,bioinformatics,and personalized medicine.This paper primarily summarizes the latest research progress and contributions of AI in these key areas of the biopharmaceutical industry,showcasing the remarkable achievements of AI in the sector.At the same time,it analyzes the challenges faced by AI technologies in the biopharmaceutical field,including data privacy protection,algorithm interpretability,and technological ethics,and explores the urgent issues that need to be addressed.The paper also looks ahead to new opportunities for AI to further drive innovation and development in the biopharmaceutical field,offering new perspectives for applied research in this domain.
