摘　　要：肺部疾病是严重威胁人类生命健康的疾病之一,目前尚缺少对肺囊性纤维化(PCF)、慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)、急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)和特发性肺纤维化(IPF)等肺部疾病具有特异性疗效的防治药物。半胱氨酸蛋白酶S(CTSS)可能通过参与肺部炎症、感染和肺组织纤维化而在肺部疾病发生发展中发挥重要作用。本文综述了CTSS在PCF、COPD、ARDS和IPF中的作用,并概述了CTSS抑制剂作为肺部疾病治疗药物的研究进展,以期为肺部疾病的治疗提供新思路。Pulmonary diseases are one of the serious threats to human life and health,and there is a lack of drugs with specific efficacy against pulmonary diseases,such as pulmonary cystic fibrosis(PCF),chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF).Cathepsin S(CTSS)is involved in pulmonary inflammation,infection and pulmonary fibrosis and may play an important role in the development of pulmonary diseases.This article reviews the role of CTSS in the pathogenesis of PCF,COPD,ARDS and IPF,and outlines the research progress of CTSS inhibitors as a therapeutic drug for pulmonary diseases,with a view to provide new ideas for the treatment of pulmonary diseases.
