中药注射剂相关药物不良反应观察与干预对策分析

摘　　要：目的探究中药注射剂相关药物不良反应及干预方法。方法本研究纳入本院2023年1月—2024年6月使用中药注射剂治疗并出现相关药物不良反应的57例患者,对其不良反应发生情况进行深入分析,并提出了相应的预防及处理策略。结果中药注射液药物不良反应的主要发生年龄为51~60岁、61~70岁、>70岁三个阶段。57例中药注射液相关药物不良反应患者中,相关药物不良反应最多的前四位药物分别为舒血宁、刺五加注射液、注射用血栓通、热毒宁,占比分别为19.30%、17.54%、17.54%、12.28%。57例中药注射液相关药物不良反应患者中,停药后减轻31例,占比54.39%,停药后消失25例,占比43.86%,未改善1例,占比1.75%。结论中老年人群是中药注射剂相关药物不良反应的高发人群,舒血宁、刺五加注射液、注射用血栓通、热毒宁为发生不良反应最多的药物,需要规范注射管理方法,强化相关规定和条例,使中药注射剂不良反应进一步降低。Objective To explore the adverse drug reactions and intervention methods related to traditional Chinese medicine injections.Methods Our hospital included 57 patients who experienced adverse drug reactions related to the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections from January 2023 to June 2024 in the study.An analysis was conducted on the occurrence of these adverse drug reactions,and preventive and management strategies were provided.Results The main age groups affected by adverse drug reactions to traditional Chinese medicine injections were 51-60 years,61-70 years,and over 70 years.Among the 57 patients who experienced adverse drug reactions related to these injections,the four most common medications associated with reactions were Shuxuening,Ciwujia injection,Injectable Xueshuantong,and Reduning,accounting for 19.30%,17.54%,17.54%,and 12.28%respectively.After discontinuing the medication,31 cases were relieved,accounting for 54.39%;25 cases resolved completely after stopping the medication,accounting for 43.86%;and 1 case showed no improvement,making up 1.75%of the cases.Conclusion Middle-aged and elderly people are people with high incidence of adverse drug reactions related to TCM injections.Shuxuening,Zhuwujia injection,thrombosis for injection and rexin are the drugs with the most adverse reactions.It is necessary to standardize the management methods of injection,and strengthen relevant regulations and regulations to further reduce the adverse reactions of TCM injections.
