摘　　要：液体管理是神经外科患者围手术期治疗的重要组成部分。神经外科液体管理的主要目标是维持正常血容量和防止血清渗透压降低,重要的是按照适当的方法适量给药,选择合适的液体至关重要。关于围手术期液体的选择和最佳用量存在较大争议。本文根据神经外科围手术期液体管理最新文献进行综述,以期优化该群体的围手术期管理策略。Fluid management is an important part of perioperative treatment for neurosurgical patients.The main goal of liquid management in neurosurgery is to maintain normal blood volume and prevent the decrease of serum osmotic pressure.In order to maintain normal blood volume,it is important to administer drugs in proper amount according to appropriate methods and prevent the decrease of serum osmotic pressure,so it is very important to choose appropriate liquid.There is great controversy about the choice and optimal dosage of perioperative fluid.This article will review the latest literature on perioperative fluid management in neurosurgery in order to optimize the perioperative management strategy of this group.
