针刺百会穴联合头皮针治疗儿童抽动症注意力缺陷的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺百会穴联合头皮针治疗模式对儿童抽动症注意力缺陷的临床疗效及作用机制。方法选取2023年8月—2024年7月某医院诊治的60例儿童抽动症注意力缺陷患儿,随机分为实验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组接受常规治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加用针刺百会穴联合头皮针治疗,治疗周期为8周。观察指标包括多动症注意力缺陷量表(SNAP-Ⅳ)评分、儿童抽动症症状评估量表(YGTSS)评分、注意力维持时间及治疗总有效率。结果实验组与对照组患儿治疗后SNAP-Ⅳ评分分别为(8.23±1.12)分与(10.85±1.37)分,YGTSS评分分别为(15.42±2.09)分与(20.67±2.34)分,注意力维持时间分别为(78.45±8.29)s与(62.34±7.85)s,各指标差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率为90.00%,对照组为70.00%(P<0.05)。结论针刺百会穴联合头皮针治疗模式显著改善儿童抽动症注意力缺陷,安全有效,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and mechanism of acupuncture at Baihui point combined with scalp acupuncture in the treatment of attention deficit in children with TIC disorder.Methods A total of 60 children with ADHD diagnosed and treated in a hospital from August 2023 to July 2024 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with acupuncture at Baihui point combined with scalp acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The treatment cycle was 8 weeks.The outcome measures included the ADHD Attention Deficit Scale(SNAP-Ⅳ)score,the Children's Tic Syndrome Symptom Assessment Scale(YGTSS)score,attention maintenance time and total response rate.Results The SNAP-Ⅳscores of the experimental group and the control group after treatment were(8.23±1.12)and(10.85±1.37),and the YGTSS scores were(15.42±2.09)and(20.67±2.34),respectively.The attention maintenance time was(78.45±8.29)s and(62.34±7.85)s,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 90.00%in the experimental group and 70.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at Baihui Point combined with scalp acupuncture can significantly improve attention deficit in children with TIC disorder,which is safe and effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
