首剂抗生素用药时间对新生儿肺炎临床疗效及预后的影响研究

摘  要:目的研究不同抗生素用药时间在新生儿肺炎治疗中的应用效果与价值。方法选取本院2022年1—12月收治的108例新生儿肺炎患儿为临床研究对象。以2022年1—6月纳入患儿为对照组,以2022年7—12月纳入患儿为实验组,各组分别纳入54例患儿。对照组患儿出生后<1 h进行首剂抗生素应用,实验组患儿在出生后≥2 h进行首剂抗生素应用,在治疗后研究人员分析两组患儿的疗效,探讨组间差异。结果实验组患儿呼吸困难、咳嗽、痰鸣音消失天数明显比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患儿较对照组生命体征更稳定,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合理延后首次抗生素的给药时间,能够显著提升治疗效果,并改善患者的预后状况。该研究结果为临床实践提供了有价值的参考,未来可根据患者具体情况,进一步精细化用药策略,以提高新生儿肺炎的治疗效果和改善预后。Objective To study the effect and value of different antibiotic administration times in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia.Methods A total of 108 children with neonatal pneumonia in our hospital from January 2022~December 2022 were selected as the clinical study subjects.The children included in January 2022~June 2022 were selected as the control group,and the children were included in the experimental group from July 2022~December 2022,and 54 children were included in each group.The first dose of antibiotics was given<1 h after birth in the control group and the first dose of antibiotics≥2 hours after birth in the experimental group.Results The results showed that the number of days of dyspnea,cough and sputum disappearance in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vital signs of the experimental group were more stable than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the children who reached the effective effect(including the effective standard and the effective standard),there were 52 cases in the experimental group with a calculated total effective rate of 96.30%(52/54),and 39 cases in the control group with a calculated total effective rate of 72.22%(39/54),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Reasonable delay of the first antibiotic administration time can significantly improve the treatment effect and improve the patient's prognosis.The results of this study provide valuable reference for clinical practice.In the future,the medication strategies can be further refined according to the specific situation of the patient to improve the treatment effect of neonatal pneumonia and improve the prognosis.
