摘　　要：目的分析对颅脑外伤患者行针刺三阴交穴位进行治疗联合快速康复思维对其预后水平的影响。方法将于2022年1月—2023年12月入院治疗的80例颅脑外伤患者随机划分为观察组与对照组,分别行针刺三阴交+快速康复理论与常规康复训练。评估两组护理效果。结果干预后,观察组神经功能受损度减轻幅度较大,意识障碍水平较低,肢体功能恢复水平较高(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组负性情绪改善明显,生活质量较高,生活自理能力较强,并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论颅脑外伤患者治疗环节,落实快速康复护理理念的同时,应用针刺三阴交疗法,可有效提升患者神经功能与意识恢复水平,使得患者肢体功能恢复速率加快,改善患者不良情绪,提升患者生存质量。Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture at Sanyinjiao acupoint combined with rapid rehabilitation thinking on the prognosis of patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods 80 patients with traumatic brain injury admitted for treatment from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,and were treated with acupuncture at Sanyinjiao+rapid rehabilitation theory and conventional rehabilitation training,respectively.Evaluate the nursing outcomes of two groups.Results After intervention,the observation group showed a significant reduction in neurological damage,lower levels of consciousness disorders,and higher levels of limb function recovery,with P<0.05.After intervention,the observation group showed significant improvement in negative emotions,higher quality of life,stronger self-care ability,and lower incidence of complications(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with traumatic brain injury,while implementing the concept of rapid rehabilitation nursing,the application of acupuncture Sanyinjiao therapy can effectively improve the patient's neurological function and consciousness recovery level,accelerate the recovery rate of limb function,improve the patient's negative emotions,and enhance the patient's quality of life.
