浅谈提壶揭盖法在慢性心力衰竭中的应用

摘　　要：本文深入探讨提壶揭盖法在慢性心力衰竭治疗中的应用。从中医古籍溯源,阐述其理论基础与发展历程,揭示其通过调理肺气宣降治疗水液代谢障碍病症的内涵。详细分析该法与脏腑、气机、经络、五行理论的关联,体现中医整体观念和辨证论治特点。通过具体医案展示其临床应用及效果,最后总结提壶揭盖法在慢性心力衰竭治疗中的作用、用药原则及注意事项,强调其临床价值与研究方向。但仍需进一步开展大样本、多中心的临床研究以验证其疗效及安全性。This article deeply explores the application of the"lifting the pot lid"method in the treatment of chronic heart failure.It traces back to ancient Chinese medical books,elaborates on its theoretical basis and development process,and reveals its connotation of treating disorders of water and fluid metabolism by regulating the dispersing and descending functions of the lung qi.It analyzes in detail the relationship between this method and the theories of zang-fu organs,qi movement,meridians,and the five elements,embodying the characteristics of the holistic concept and syndrome differentiation and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine.Through specific medical cases,it demonstrates its clinical application and effects.Finally,it summarizes the role,medication principles,and precautions of the"lifting the pot lid"method in the treatment of chronic heart failure,emphasizes its clinical value and research directions.However,large-sample,multi-center clinical studies still need to be further carried out to verify its efficacy and safety.
