风险管理流程优化在患者压力性损伤管理中应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的临床分析风险管理流程优化在患者压力性损伤管理中应用效果。方法选取2023年1月—2024年2月本院收治的1186例住院患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成对照组和研究组,每组593例。其中,对照组实施常规护理管理,研究组在此之上又增加风险管理流程优化干预,对比两组患者的应用效果。结果研究组发生压力性损伤的情况占比低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组者压力性损伤知识知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组各项Braden量表评分均有不同程度的增长,且干预后研究组的增长情况更好(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论住院患者实施风险管理流程优化能够减少患者发生压力性损伤的概率,患者知晓压力性损伤知识更多,可提高患者的满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of risk management process optimization in patient pressure injury management in clinical practice.Methods 1186 inpatients were selected as the research subjects from January 2023 to February 2024 in our hospital.They were randomly divided into two groups with 593 patients in each group using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing management,while the study group received risk management process optimization intervention on the basis of the control group.Results The proportion of pressure injury in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The knowledge awareness rate of stress injury among the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,both groups showed varying degrees of increase in Braden scale scores,and the growth in the study group was better after intervention(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of risk management process optimization in hospitalized patients can reduce the probability of patients with stress injury,patients know more about stress injury,and can improve patients'satisfaction.
