呼吸道护理在小儿先天性心脏病术后护理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨呼吸道护理在小儿先天性心脏病术后护理中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月—2024年6月本院收治的50例小儿先心病术后患儿,并将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组25例。其中,研究组实施包括呼吸道护理在内的综合护理措施,对照组实施常规护理。观察并比较两组患者在术后护理中的差异。结果①研究组临床指标、疼痛评分均比较理想(P<0.05);②研究组并发症率明显更低(P<0.05);③研究组护理依从性明显更高(P<0.05);④研究组护理质量评分更高(P<0.05)。结论在小儿先心病术后护理中,呼吸道护理的效果比较好,建议推广。Objective To discuss the postoperative nursing methods for children with congenital heart disease(CHD).Methods 50 children with CHD were selected to observe the implementation effect of respiratory nursing.Results①The clinical indicators and pain scores of the study group were ideal(P<0.05);②The complication rate of the study group was significantly lower(P<0.05);③The nursing compliance of the study group was significantly higher(P<0.05);④The nursing quality score of the study group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion In postoperative nursing for children with CHD,respiratory nursing has a better effect and is recommended for promotion.
