肩关节镜手术护理中实施优化个体护理干预对术后功能恢复的改善效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨优化个体护理干预在肩关节镜手术中的应用,分析对患者术后功能恢复的影响。方法选取2023年1月1日—2024年7月1日在本院进行肩关节手术的患者60例开展分析,并按照信封法1∶1将其分为参考组和观察组。其中,参考组实施常规护理,观察组优化个体护理干预。对比术后1个月两组肩关节功能评分,统计生活质量评分并对比,对比两组并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果观察组术后1个月肩关节功能评分、生活质量评分均高于参考组(P<0.05)。术后1个月内,观察组并发症发生率低于参考组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于参考组(P<0.05)。结论优化个体护理干预可促进肩关节镜手术患者术后肩关节功能恢复,提高其关节活动度和生活质量,护理满意度较高,值得应用。Objective To explore the application of optimized individual nursing intervention in shoulder arthroscopy surgery and analyze its impact on postoperative functional recovery of patients.Methods Select 60 patients who underwent shoulder joint surgery in our hospital from January 1,2023 to July 1,2024 for analysis.According to the envelope method,participants were divided into a reference group and an observation group at a ratio of 1:1,with 30 cases in each group receiving routine nursing and optimized individual nursing interventions.Compare the shoulder joint function scores of two groups one month after surgery,calculate and compare the quality of life scores,and compare the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The results showed that the shoulder joint function score and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the reference group one month after surgery(P<0.05).Within one month after surgery,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimizing individual nursing interventions can promote postoperative shoulder joint function recovery,improve joint mobility and quality of life in patients undergoing arthroscopic surgery,and increase nursing satisfaction.It is worth applying.
