延续护理对脑卒中康复期回归社区的病人自我护理能力的改善效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察探讨回归社区的脑卒中康复期患者应用延续护理改善自我护理能力的效果。方法于2022年4月—2024年2月纳入50例脑卒中康复期患者,按随机数表法设为常规组(辅以常规护理,n=25例)、试验组(辅以延续护理,n=25例)。连续干预3个月后比较自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)、脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SSQOL)评分,统计并发症。结果干预后,两组ESCA评分、CD-RISC评分、SSQOL评分升高,NIHSS评分降低,且试验组患者干预后ESCA评分、CD-RISC评分、SSQOL评分比常规组显著升高,NIHSS评分比常规组显著降低(P<0.05)。试验组发生的并发症比常规组少(P<0.05)。结论针对回归社区的脑卒中康复期患者,加强延续护理干预,能够进一步增强自护能力,提高心理弹性,减轻神经功能缺损,提高生活质量,防止并发症的发生。Objective To observe and explore the effect of continuous nursing on improving self-care ability of stroke recovering patients returning to the community.Methods From April 2022 to February 2024,50 patients with stroke recovery were enrolled in the conventional group(supplemented with routine nursing,n=25 cases)and the experimental group(supplemented with continuous nursing,n=25 cases)according to the random number table method.After 3 months of continuous intervention,the Self-Care Ability Measurement Scale(ESCA),the Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),and the Stroke-Specific Quality of Life Scale(SSQOL)were compared,and the complications were statistically compatible.Results After intervention,ESCA score,CD-RISC score and SSQOL score increased and NIHSS score decreased in the two groups,and the ESCA score,CD-RISC score and SSQOL score in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group,and the NIHSS score was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The complications in the experimental group were less than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening continuous nursing intervention for stroke recovering patients returning to the community can further enhance self-care ability,improve psychological flexibility,alleviate neurological deficits,improve quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
