前瞻性护理与健康宣教对结肠息肉患者接受无痛内镜下高频电凝电切治疗的影响

摘　　要：目的探究对无痛内镜下高频电凝电切治疗的结肠息肉患者开展前瞻性护理与健康宣教的效果。方法选取2023年1—12月本院收治的90例接受无痛内镜下高频电凝电切治疗的结肠息肉患者为研究对象,并按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=45,常规护理)、研究组(n=45,前瞻性护理+健康宣教)。对比护理满意度、并发症发生率、负性情绪、生活质量。结果研究组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组焦虑SAS、抑郁SDS得分少于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组生活质量SF-36得分比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论结肠息肉患者在无痛内镜下接受高频电凝电切术治疗时,对患者开展前瞻性护理与健康宣教效果显著,患者对护理高度满意,降低术后并发症,缓解负性情绪,提高生活质量。Objective Exploring the effectiveness of prospective nursing and health education for patients with colon polyps treated with painless endoscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation and resection.Methods 90 patients with colon polyps who underwent painless endoscopic highfrequency electrocoagulation and resection treatment(January 2023 to December 2023)were selected.The random number table was divided into a control group(n=45,conventional nursing)and a study group(n=45,prospective nursing+health education).Compare nursing satisfaction,incidence of complications,negative emotions,and quality of life.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was lower in the study group(P<0.05).The comparison of anxiety SAS and depression SDS scores after nursing showed that the study group had lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SF-36 score of the study group's quality of life was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prospective nursing and health education for patients with colon polyps undergoing highfrequency electrocoagulation and resection under painless endoscopy have significant effects.Patients are highly satisfied with the nursing,reduce postoperative complications,alleviate negative emotions,and improve their quality of life.
