整体护理联合宣传教育在老年慢性肺源性心脏病患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理联合宣传教育在老年慢性肺源性心脏病患者中的应用效果。方法将2022年6月—2024年6月收治的70例老年慢性肺源性心脏病患者纳入研究,根据不同干预方案将接受常规护理的35例患者设为对照组,将接受整体护理联合宣传教育的35例患者设为研究组,对比两组干预效果。结果干预后研究组患者疾病认知度各项评分相比对照组更高(P<0.05);干预后两组患者各心肺功能指标水平较干预前改善明显,且研究组相比对照组更优(P<0.05);在不良事件发生率方面研究组患者相比对照组更低(P<0.05);组间CQQC量表各维度评分及总分较比,干预后研究组分值均更高(P<0.05)。结论在老年慢性肺源性心脏病患者中开展整体护理联合宣传教育可有效提高患者对疾病的认知度,改善心肺功能,降低不良事件发生风险,对改善疾病预后及生活质量具有积极意义。Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing combined with publicity and education in elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods 70 elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease admitted from June 2022 to June 2024 were included in the study,and the enrolled patients were divided into groups according to different intervention plans.35 patients receiving routine care were set as the control group,and 35 patients receiving holistic care combined publicity and education were set as the study group,and the intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of disease awareness in the study group were higher(P<0.05).After intervention,the level of cardiopulmonary function indexes in the two groups was significantly improved compared with that before intervention,and the study group was better(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events was lower in the study group(P<0.05).The score and total score of CQQC scale were higher in the study group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion In elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease,integrated nursing combined publicity and education can effectively improve patients'awareness of the disease,improve cardiopulmonary function,reduce the risk of adverse events,and have positive significance for improving disease prognosis and quality of life.
